Vigorous bidding kept buyers warm at auction
LITCHFIELD, Mich. Sid Michael of Michael Auction and Realty recently conducted a two-day auction for Leo Schlumm. Day one was held on Feb. 6 and it was cold and breezy. However, 182 bidders signed up and kept warm by bidding vigorously. A Simplicity compact tractor brought $3,700 while a John Deere 0 turn mower went out the door at $1,400. A Toro left for the same price.
