By Barbara Miller Beem The bags of charcoal briquettes and cans of lighter fluid are long gone, and all those meals of blackened hot dogs and charred hamburgers, topped off with marshmallows burnt to a crisp, have been eaten, digested, and forgotten. Back in the day, Mom might have been Queen of the Kitchen, but Dad was the undisputed King of the Grill.
